YOUR EXPERIENCE

The Phone Consultation

Once you have paid your Session Fee and signed your Contract, your session will be reserved in the Studio’s calendar (or a tentative date based on your Due Date for Newborn Portrait Sessions). We will then schedule a convenient time for your overall vision for your portrait session. The phone consultation allows us to personalize and plan your session to make it uniquely you. You can show me photographs of your home to help me get an idea of where to hang your beautiful wall art and I will help guide you on which products will fit your home best. Your portraits and professional print products will be customized and designed with you, your family, and your home in mind.

The Session

The big day has finally arrived! You’ll have time to relax and I’ll be there to take beautiful portraits for you to cherish for a lifetime. You will start with professional hair and makeup if it comes with your session type or you’ve opted to add it on. Your session will take place in the comfort of my fully-stocked newborn and maternity portrait studio located in the heart of East Austin. No need to bring anything, the Studio has everything you need!

The Gallery Reveal & Ordering Appointment

EVERYONE’S FAVORITE PART! You will come back to the Studio on your scheduled Gallery Reveal & Ordering Appointment date. Your beautiful portraits will be there for you to see for the first time, as a gorgeous gallery so that you can enjoy every detail up-close. I’ll have the tissues handy! My heart melts every time I hear all the “Ooos” and “Ahhhs” and see everyone’s excitement. You will select your favorite portraits and I will guide you through choosing which products you would love to display in your home, as well as any add-ons or gift items you want to send to family and friends. You’ll want to make sure to have all decision makers present, as you will be placing your order and making payment during this appointment.

Delivery of Your Beautiful Artwork

“This is like Christmas!” and “I’m so glad we did this!” are phrases I hear all the time! Your beautiful products will be ready within 12 weeks after your Gallery Reveal & Ordering Appointment. All professional print products will first be delivered to the Studio, where I will hand-inspect each one individually to ensure the utmost quality. I will contact you as soon as your products have arrived and we will arrange for a convenient time for you to pick them up at the Studio. There is nothing like seeing yourself and those you love most in this world displayed on your walls every single day - it truly makes a house a home.

You are able to create your own collection with my three step process. You will choose your heirloom prints or album, your digital collection, and then your wall art.

SESSION FEES

The session fee reserves your date in the Studio’s calendar. It includes: a phone consultation to personalize and plan your session, wardrobe styling and guidance, a one to four hour session (varies depending on session type), professional hair and makeup (for Maternity Portrait Sessions), multiple set ups/looks, access to all the Studio’s high quality props and accessories to make your session unique, access to the Studio’s curated client closet for newborn, maternity, and baby milestone outfits, the artistic editing and retouching of your images, your Gallery Reveal and Ordering Appointment four weeks after your session, and the custom designing of all your high-quality professional product.
